Contact & Enquiry Forms

When you submit a contact, reseller application, or custom build enquiry, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.

Customer Accounts

When you register for an account, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Order Information

When you place an order, we collect your delivery address, billing address, and details of the products ordered. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Orders may alternatively be invoiced for payment by bank transfer.

Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data does not identify you personally.

  • Logistics and delivery partners — your delivery address may be shared with couriers to fulfil your order.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities — where we are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory body.

Any third parties we work with are required to handle your data lawfully and securely, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
